Orders were being rejected by exchanges and this issue happened across all trading platforms.
This is now resolved by the Exchanges and we request you to try placing an order now.
bro its working now but what about the loss which happened within the time frame when it was not working ? can you compensate us ? I can share you the timestamps

Again placing orders with Dhan ,First let me see if there is way back to get my money back.I have dropped email.
Last year July Gitches I lost Money
Now again today -This time its on Exchange
I think Dhan seems bad omen for me , it never happened with any other brokers for me.
Also Regarding Last year Tax PNL Statement, STCG was showing for my Transferred shares ,though i mailed ,no reply from you guys even after two days ,another broker solved my issue in a day.
When i called customer care they asked me calculate manually(I have screen shot of chat).
Overall Bad experience with Dhan!!

If exchange is at fault then exchange is liable
if it would have been exchange then all brokers might have faced issue , not only Dhan and it always happens when there is a spike on DHAN.. not affecting DHAN as user is losing money.. thye are gaining it always
