Will observe on this aspect. It doesn’t seem so if I rely on my memory.

See here. On intraday timeframes, data gone for Refex Industries. This chart was perfectly fine few days ago but all of a sudden this happened.

This sort of behaviour has happened in numerous scrips over the past 2 years. Nobody in Dhan team has been able to diagnose this issue. But this is not at all good.

@Shally, we have identified the issue. It persists in NSE because when the series changes, the security ID (NSE’s internal referencing) also changes, which affects the chart data on the intraday timeframe. We are working on a fix, and it will be resolved by EOD (as we do not update the real-time data during live market hours). Additionally, measures have been put in place to prevent this from occurring in the future.

@Shally Thanks for highlighting. This seems to be an issue with the historical data (on daily time frame and above) and will be fixed by EOD.

Name changed from Glenmark Life Sciences to Alivus but the data gone on non-intraday timeframes.

Not sure why this is specific to Dhan. It works fine on the terminals on other brokerages, even the smaller ones. This should be automated.

@Shally, Thanks for highlighting this to us. We have identified the issue this is because of the name change from Glenmark Life Science to Alivus Life Sciences Ltd.
We are working on a fix, and it will be resolved by EOD (as we do not update the real-time data during live market hours). Additionally, we working on to automate these chart updations to prevent this from occurring in the future.
