Dhan continues the run heading towards 9th position

I started with Groww when they only offered mutual funds. I shifted to Dhan last year because of customer issue processing in Groww, and I would say Dhan has the same issues. Dhan has a lot of important and amazing features, but their pace of launching new features or even being flexible with enhancing existing features based on comments is slow. On top of that, I feel the customer care’s understanding of the customer issues is a big problem, which I detailed out here.

Hence, I would say that Dhan is riding high because of the feature set, but if it doesn’t get the customer resolutions spot on, very soon we will have another broker having the same journey as Dhan.
