Hello @PravinJ, Really appreciate you taking the time to respond and honestly, hats off for building such solid platforms like Dhan, Options Trader, ScanX, etc.
Just to clarify, I’m not expecting internal trackers or a product roadmap to be made public, and I totally get the concern around competitors. But at the same time, most of us active users have accounts across platforms, so comparisons and feedback are bound to come up.
What I was hoping for is something like a public tool where users can post feature requests or issues and track their progress. Emails, forums, and support chats are great, but things do tend to get lost or buried over time. A transparent tracker would just help us stay in the loop and know if something’s being worked on or planned.
Thanks again, and looking forward to seeing Dhan continue to grow and lead.
Hi @nitishbangera As much as we would love to do that, as a broker we cannot show comparison of Dhan with other platforms… it is prohibited by the exchanges. Most of the communication we put out in public domain, which includes even announcements and feature released have to approved by all exchanges.
However I get your point, it is important from customer point of view. We try as much as possible to get back to users when their feature requests are completed.
Just shipping new features won’t cut it anymore — they need to double down on bug testing across all products and refine the Dhan web interface. From here on, feature ships will only be incremental.
Since the referral engine went silent, Dhan’s growth has clearly lost momentum. Now, the real win lies in delighting existing users — creating that genuine, organic word-of-mouth buzz. Otherwise, it’s either a feature factory with a bug or 2, or an ad money pit.

Hello @PravinJ, I am not mentioning that you compare Dhan with other platforms. My point is that if the competitors track the roadmap and probably do it better in their launches, the active users who have accounts with others will compare in the forum.
Anyway, I appreciate you clarifying the points, and in my opinion, Dhan is a great product with a lot of features. I am looking forward to seeing it grow even more and lead one day.

all that feature goes down the drain if it lag. And AngelOne lags alot even on flagship phone. 2-3 time a week i have had problems with them.
what I need is lag-free experience
To add, AngelOne has an excellent iPad app, which Dhan doesn’t have. Along with revamping the web app, there needs to be a sync too, for eg:- The web app has “Today’s profits” in the holdings with a toggle to see it per scrip. Not sure why its not added to the mobile app.
I believe, given the advanced backend that Dhan has, Web, mobile, and a cool iPad have to be the focus for the next phase.
