currenlty, i haven’t been active on this forum, so am not sure about this.)

Hopefully, folks evaluating brokers by comparing their tech stack, do realize that
comparing individual aspects of the tech-stack
without understanding exactly what they are comparing,
are likely to end-up comparing apples to oranges
and making incorrect assumptions about how good the broker perfoms or what they are signing-up for!

Upon reading this bit in the above post,
i was skeptical about the relevance of the charts/numbers shared.

However, subsequently reading the following bit, put my mind at ease -

as of today, our orders 98% today are executed under 25-30 ms (end to end performance) for any day.

Hopefully, folks evaluating the performance of various brokers,
consider such factors such as consistency and median performance numbers,
instead of simply looking at individual one-off / best-case performance numbers.

Yes, when we started building our trading systems - we wanted to solve for two biggest asks of power traders. First is speed of execution & second is reduce slippages as a result for same. For Scalping, Dhan is the first platform to bring scalper mode for users who want to scalp directly on charts.

While I prefer not to comment on other forums - just want to state that where the user has mentioned that positions were not able to square-off till 3 PM… this was a remote situation affecting less than <0.001% of orders and the connection with exchange did not comeback leaving these orders in transit; and status update for same failed… both teams (us and exchanges) were on it immediately.

Please note that no broking platform will guarantee you to compensate for losses due to glitches or otherwise. Not even your existing platform that you may be using for trading.

NSE report will name glitches only if then happen. Hope this resolves for your queries.

Please note @thisisbanerjee @cvs Well in-case of large quantities, Dhan uses auto-slicing via Iceberg.

We have presently deploying a new format of this called Iceberg Plus. If you have full margin to execute large quantity via Iceberg, then then will automatically upgrade the order to Iceberg Plus. In this case, all the orders will get execute even more faster. Iceberg Plus is already exchange certified and presently available to 10% of all Iceberg orders as of today.

In a few weeks from now, we will extend this to all users of Iceberg.

Yes, MTF on NSE. I should have been clear - for now on NSE, and yet to be rolled out for all.

Wait for the announcement when this is deployed.

Hi @ST_Trading Please note that exchanges are very very proactive these days on glitches. If it happens, then it will definitely be visible on the exchanges. Even the definition of glitch is defined by the exchange.

We don’t want to say something and jinx it
