I’m following up on the issue I raised 9 days ago regarding the missing Diwali package that was reportedly sent to me. Unfortunately, I have not received any update or resolution yet.
I’d like to highlight a few critical points for your attention:
Incorrect Delivery Location: According to DTDC, the package was marked as “Delivered” in Kancheepuram, whereas my actual location is Arakkonam, which is around 30 km away.
Delivery Process Issue: If the package was indeed meant for me, it should have first reached the Arakkonam office before delivery. Since there’s no record of that, it’s unclear how it was marked as delivered in the first place.
Poor Handling by DTDC: DTDC has closed my tickets as “Resolved” multiple times without providing any meaningful update or actual delivery. Their grievance process has been unhelpful and frustrating.
