Can not subscribe to more than 100 instruments

Hello @Prakash_JJ @nawal555 @vyomthakkar I understand this is long pending. We have just released v1.3.2 which allows to subscribe to upto 5000 instruments and even add instruments while the connection is active. Do check it out and let us know your feedback:
