Grouped Position - Index value zero

As I noted in the last online meeting with Dhan team the index value sometimes randomly gets stuck at zero. I need to switch tabs and return to see it with valid values. Pls fix. This was also noted a while back to @Divyesh as well in another post.

Also for commodities, nothing is shown in the index field.

The issue as seen on the video is random. This was reported a while back on community. It think it was @Divyesh who was responding to me then. Months later I had a video meeting with @Naman @Hardik and tech team where the same issue was mentioned again. Weeks later when the issue was still persisting I made this post with a video to show the problem. While am open to more meetings am not sure how much it can be of help. But if you still feel having a video call would help letโ€™s connect between 11 AM - 2PM or 4 PM - 7 PM on Monday.

Today there was a specific event that triggered 0 display on Finnifty field. I think similar instances have happened before - I placed couple of orders on Finnifty from the option chain โ†’ navigated back to the positions page and the index was zero.

Replicated the procedure couple of times. Same effect - zero on index
