I have subscribed to your algo service. However, there is no option to withdraw or cancel the subscription afterward. In that case, are we expected to keep paying continuously even if we are not interested?
Also, in the algo, around 10:30 AM when volatility increases and most traders book profits and step away, the system takes trades. Even when the market reverses, there are no quick or flash exits. It continues to hold positions while losses increase. It neither exits nor takes reverse trades when required.
If that is the case, what is the purpose of the algo? Compared to the algo you designed, manual trading feels better.
Please provide an option to withdraw or cancel the subscription. Also, do not forcibly renew and deduct money just because funds are available in the ledger without our consent or intention.
If this continues, there is a possibility that we may close the account and move to another broker. Please avoid creating a bad reputation. Do not try to collect money forcefully without fairness.
