Hi @sri1647 Stock Trading business is tough and there are many scenarios in place, and some if them have chances to wipe-out the stock trading platform in a day.
This post is older, we do process now payouts much much faster that what we did before. Also to mention - Dhan was the first platform to introduce Fast withdrawals, many happen anywhere between 2 to 15 mins depending on the margin obligations of the client. When Dhan introduced these capabilities, the industry standard for withdrawal was 1-2 days, and on holidays even longer.
Honestly, I do not feel this race to move from 2 to 15 mins to under 60 seconds makes much difference considering the risk profile checks we have to carry. We do not want to be over-adventurous when it comes to such decisions. Hope this helps us understand our perspective.
Hi Sir, thanks for your reply. I had shared the feedback under this post as the topic is related to that. Also, i had made an instant withdrawal yesterday and the funds got credited after 1.15 hrs although todays withdrawal got credited in 12 mins. It is just process improvement everyone has to think. Also, kindly think of allowing withdrawals on weekends as well instead of waiting for Monday or next trading day.

In general 98% of the payouts are processed within 15 min of requesting. Yesterday could be an exceptional scenario where it took longer than expected. Additionally, while we have not announced it yet, we do process some payouts on weekends (basis certain checks) as well.

ok, awaiting formal update on withdrawals on weekends bcs I havent seen same day credit of funds withdrawn on weekends
Fast withdrawal is most pathetic service provided by dhan they never transfer amount in 2/3 hours even not in 24 hours dhan spent more money only on advertising but they don’t spent money on terminal to make that faster easier dhan needs to care about customer but they are only busy in hosting big functions for advertising very Pathetic services provided by dhan . Trading on dhan terminal like waste of time & money. Kindly take this matter seriously @Pranita
I had made a request for fund withdrawal on 13th March 3pm and was supposed to get money on 13th March 5:20pm, but still i am sitting on 14th March and I have not got the money.
