Yes, both have started building their own charting solution recently,
but the TV is big and customers always compare the custom with the TV.
That is the main problem. If things are not working well, a custom build is a good option but it will take time, possibly years, to complete in order to make everyone on the platform happy.

Thanks for your suggestion. Just to clarify, price alerts don’t expire if they are not triggered. Once triggered, they will remain visible in the Achieved section for 5 days.

I had given this feedback earlier also. These timeframes are too limiting. Please try if the alerts can be placed as per user’s timeframe preference like hourly, monthly, weekly, 3 min or any other.

Could you please get this checked. Alerts got triggered. Neither they are restored after data cleanup nor they are showing on triggered window.
@Shally Nothing is done automatically in Dhan. You will have to replace it again. I am not sure why isn’t a simple flag to raise alerts on the mock trading day set?
Looks like we missed something here. Ideally the alerts shouldn’t have triggered itself.
@Shally can you share your client ID, will get this checked.
We are working on this as well. It will take some time before we are live with a solution around this.
