IDFC First bank has tie-up with ICICI Demat for one-click transfer. Perhaps Dhan can explore the same with the IDFC bank?

Hi @BIR @Vaibhav1007 The banks you have mentioned do not have these integrations in place. You will have to continue making payments via UPI or NetBanking or Smart Transfer via NEFT / RTGS.

But dhan only give ICICI, give some others bank option by tie up so we get chance to use this @PravinJ

Hi Pravin.
I think big private banks like HDFC, Kotak and IndusInd have 3 in 1 integration in place with one or other brokers. Request you to explore them for activation of 3 in 1 facility on Dhan.

Let’s not assume that if they have it some broker, the integration is available for all - in that cases everyone would have done that.

I think the note from us got misunderstood, if an integration is readily available - we would definitely integrate with these banks. However, banks work differently, it takes ages to get through them first and then build a product. Our priority is not their priority most of the times… and we are way to small broker to move any bank on our priority.

We keep engaging with multiple banks all the time for many reasons. Even if any bank agrees to do such integrations, time to go live will be 9-18 months realistically, but first they have to agree. We rather focus on improving our core investing & trading products while these conversations keep happening.

I have ICICI savings account I have tried setting up this feature multiple times. It is failing. I submitted the form multiple times. I am able to download customer application form pdf. No update from thereafter.

Hi, are there any change in brokerage when we look icici bank account and convert our Dhan to 3 in 1 account? Like zerodha has a different brokerage for that.

There are no extra charges for this on Dhan! It is completely free of cost .

Thanks for response. I registered but after going through process and downloading the signed document, nothing happened and still the app shows activate button in dhan app.
