@Hardik Every time we set a preference we have to go through the whole process of giving phone number, password and then otp to login again and then save the settings. Why is it not possible to simply save the settings in server like other settings ?

Yes, we do save this the same way as we save settings on our server. And there is no auto flush/reset logic as well on our end, and these settings are saved forever.
However, in instances where this was reset for your account, we found on the logs that the reset was initiated by user only, from app. Since this is not the case, we are doing further debugging to fix this.
If so why for this setting only we have to re login again ?
This is to ensure that the settings are applied in all order panels across Dhan platforms. There are multiple different ways to place order inside Dhan App, and the relogin sets the preference for the user across platforms.
Still if this is a setting that get stored in a database which ever frontend is in use can just read this field and set order preference accordingly. Isn’t it so ?

Yes, that is true. However, the order window itself won’t be optimised for speed if on every click, the same data is fetched from the database on order preferences. Hence, the logic here is a bit different.

Checking this now. Did you again set the order preferences?
Also, did you face this issue on mobile or web?
No didn’t set again now.
Both on mobile and web set order size has been reset.
Did you notice values were reset yesterday itself?
@Hardik again pre set order size was reset. Although this time after few months interval.
Another long pending issue is still pending.
