MIS Intraday order

Hi @saurabhkumarbansal Welcome To MadeForTrade Community!

Thank you for bringing this up! The discrepancy you’re noticing happens because while a 1x leverage implies no actual leverage (meaning you need to maintain full margin), certain stocks like ASHOKAMET and BROOKS may be restricted for intraday trading based on specific risk management factors.

For instance, stocks that have shown significant price fluctuations (such as a high low-price variation greater than 100% in the last six months) may have restrictions for intraday trading, even though they are listed with a 1x multiplier. This is to manage the risk associated with high volatility in such stocks.

Hello @Mohseen_Usmani ,

Thanks for the response.
If I see link, there are many scrips where MIS Intraday margin is written as β€˜-’ (dash), meaning that this scrip is not allowed for Intraday trading. Same should be applied for ASHOKAMET and BROOKS and other scrips who are not allowed for Intraday trade.

I think, the list at the link is not updated.

MIS leverage of 1x means intraday is allowed with 1x (full margin).

I request you to update the list at the website link.

Thanks,
Saurabh
