Have been using webhooks for a long time now. Very reliable and most of my orders are from TV to Dhan via webhooks. On rare occassions faced issues but Dhan team fixed it quickly once these were noted.
TV alerts are generated with expected JSON (same as the JSON created by webhook JSON generator available in Dhan web) but orders are not getting placed at Dhan end.
I’ve shared TV alert email containing the order JSON with Dhan support team.

Answer to all the three question is yes.
I’l reset the webhook URL one more time, update secret key and try to place a new order for an equity in EQ segment with MKT price. I’ll share the output here.
It’s very disappointing that a week is over but the issue is still being investigated despite providing enough of conclusive screenshots on this thread.
Ideally how much time do you think Dhan should take to onboard an Algo Trader who is using TV to place orders?
