Hey @Shally, good morning! Yeah, I’ve been trying to break the habit of checking the forum every hour, to once in day. Honestly, I feel Dhan’s in a good place now — the platform’s mature, and they know what users are after.
Most of the core feedback has already been shared, and if that’s being taken seriously, then there’s not much left for me to ask here.
Lately, I’ve also found email responses to be quicker than waiting around on the forum.
@PravinJ and team did ‘Raise the Bar’ so high with their consistent delivery that any delay or shortfall now feels like a letdown — a testament to the standards they’ve built.
Interestingly, I’ve noticed that using the platform in isolation — without getting influenced by community gossip — actually leads to greater satisfaction with the platforms and improved trading outcomes.
Looking back from 2021, whatever feedbacks that I’ve had personally gave, all have been implemented and I am happy about that, and I think we should give the team more time on existing feedbacks.
Right from the start, the senior management has been super hands-on and accessible, which I genuinely respect. Whenever support hit a wall, I just dropped them a DM — and things got sorted out almost instantly.
Just a few days back, I had some confusion around MTF margin utilisation. Support wasn’t able to understand the issue fully, so I reached out to @Pranita — and she cleared it up in under five minutes. Super helpful.
