The Scalper on App (both Dhan & Options Trader) works exactly same as you desired. The underlying in one tab, & ATM options on the next two tabs. You can change the contracts as per you strategy from the settings menu.

On TV+Dhan, You always have option to create & save the three screen layout. Open any contract as needed. You have scalper order button, to quickly execute trades. Hope this helps.
