Plan your Trade, Trade your Plan
I have noticed here and elsewhere that most quotes that are posted with regards to trading while being inspirational are seldom applied. Dhan has controls for Over-trading; I wonder how many intraday traders actually have enabled it! Anyway my approach is : strategy can be wrong at times; but stock selection must be right always, because good stocks always bounce back! All the best to everyone.
Intraday trading. A few bloody pointers I learnt day trading - I lost count of the number of years.
You can never for sure say this is a winning trade.
Try to stay as much close to your narrative for each trade. Means execute your setups as you have written down.
Donāt scale up your risk factor each day, each week. Keep it consistent for a month.
Accept itās a gamble. Make it fair. Keep your losses tightly calculated.
Go to gym, do normal things. You canāt level up your trading skills instantly. Do not get consumed.
People tend to hold on to the losers and sell winners early in the trade. Someone with a recency bias of the bull market would say that. In Investment, that is fine but in the world of trading, boy oh boy. I wish these people were trading against me.
