I’ve been using ScanX for intraday trading over the past few months, and I’ve consistently noticed that technical indicators often lag behind real-time price updates. In many cases, the indicator values reflect data from 20 minutes to an hour ago, rather than updating live with the price feed. Is this a known issue with ScanX, I use refresh button many times still it never updates only when there is sudden or huge price swing technical indicators updates. the values I see on chart on tradingview dhan and what indicators on scanX show totally differ.

Thanks for looking into this. I wanted to share a consistent issue I’ve observed with the ScanX screener, specifically regarding the Money Flow Index (MFI) and Commodity Channel Index (CCI) on the 5-minute timeframe.
On October 23rd, 2025 (post-market), I captured a screenshot as an example showing a mismatch between the screener values and the live chart for
stock : Protean e-Gov Technologies:

CCI (5min): 173.09
MFI (5min): 66.90
Chart values
CCI (5min): 153.40
MFI (5min): 73.74

This discrepancy isn’t isolated to one stock, it appears across all stocks in the screener. Based on my usage over the past 2–3 months, I’ve consistently noticed in the screener’s indicator values compared to the live chart indicator values during market hours.
I’m happy to provide additional screenshots or even record a live session during market hours to demonstrate the delay in real time. If needed, I can also share comparative data across multiple stocks to help pinpoint the issue.
