Quick update from our side. We’ve now enabled the email fallback for OTPs, so if the code doesn’t reach your HUF registred number, it will automatically retry once on your email.

This should make the HUF activation flow a lot smoother for you.

If something still doesn’t go through, just drop a note here and I’ll check it right away.

Edit: After entering OTP it says, will be activated in a few minutes but now I see it still not activated (more than 10 hours have passed).

Submitted OTP again, nothing happens. No email, no confirmation post submitting OTP.

Hi @encore , the mutual funds in your HUF account are now active. You can try placing your order again, and it should go through smoothly. We also tried reaching you over a call but couldn’t connect.

Sorry if I was not clear earlier, I want to activate demat MF in my HUF account, it’s still the same error as before - I submit the OTP that comes to my registered email but after that nothing happens. It says request received but I have done that 5 times already.

MFs are active in SOA mode, but I want them to be in demat mode. @Rushabh_Vakharia
