After importing the watchlist, when I scroll down through the stocks, the watchlist sometimes automatically jumps back to the first stock instead of staying at the position where I was scrolling.
This makes it very difficult to go through a large watchlist.
Again, this issue does not occur when the same watchlist is imported on web.dhan.co. It only happens on the Dhan TradingView platform.
Request
Could you please investigate these two issues specifically on tv.dhan.co and fix them?
The expected behavior should be:
Imported watchlist should retain the exact order of the imported list.
Scrolling through a large watchlist should not jump back to the first stock.
The behavior should ideally be consistent with web.dhan.co, where both of these issues do not occur.
Please make Watchlist Import more easily accessible
Currently, the Import Watchlist option is located inside the Settings/menu, which requires around 4 clicks to reach.
Would it be possible to move the Import Watchlist option outside of Settings and place it directly on the watchlist interface or in a more easily accessible location?
This would be very useful for users who frequently generate watchlists from scanners and then import them into Dhan TradingView.
My workflow is basically:
Scanner → Generate/Copy Stock List → Import into Dhan TradingView
For this type of workflow, having a direct Import Watchlist button would make the process much faster and more convenient.
Thanks for raising these issues. These issues are as old as Dhan itself! Had reported them multiple times via threads, emails etc., even had video meetings with the team but these remained unresolved.
As discussed, the current behaviour is working as, post adding drawings to a stock’s chart, pressing the space bar moves you to the next stock in your watchlist and opens its chart.
