@PravinJ @Siyanka you are also like other brokers. I am trying transfer my AIF from Dhan CDSL demat account to other broker, you are not approving. Today I did 4th attempt and still not approved. last 3 attempt I did day before transaction date. So do not claim you are fast, it seems you are very slow like snail for me. I also contacted yesterday to customer care and they told it will approved and not approved so I did at night again and again not approved, I sent email to you before 9 AM today and your team asking 24-48 hours so request will be expire for sure, I called again and they are repeating same predefined response like robot. I disappointed with your services.
again, entry was removed from cdsl, not approved even after called multiple times, sent email to your company.

I am tired with Dhan and CDSL.
@PravinJ @Madiya_Khatri I checked again today and not credited to my other cdsl account, dhan cdsl account still show AIF in my demat account so you did not approved. Shame

As discussed over the call regarding the share transfer query, we’ve already approved the transfer from our end. The only pending step is the IM Authentication. For this, you’ll need to connect directly with the company’s RTA.
@Madiya_Khatri can you give me screenshot that you approved? as I need to send motilal oswal for faster process. I just talk with them and they said there is no pending request from their end and they did not get any approval from dp. so if you can send me email with screenshot it would be great.
