Which Filters Do You Want to See on ScanX? | Tell us the Filters You Need — We’ll Build Them

Portfolios of big investors are not available on Scanx .

I would like to make that available too, if possible.

  1. Need some editor kind similar to screener, instead of selecting them.
  2. A usage and definition guide for all the filters in scanx help traders to understand and use it better and effective.
  3. Perks & Pitfalls score based on fundamentals showing goods and bads in a glimpse instead diving deep.
  4. historic chart for quarter wise pe, ebitda, p/b, price,p/s ratios.
  5. Need a quick glimpse of majorly used rations like valuation ratios, solvency ratios, growth ratios, profitability ratios, efficiency ratios, per share ratios, cash conversion cycle, dupont analysis.
  6. Financials section with more details like interest income, interest expense, NIM, NPA ( banks ), operating profit, provisions & contingencies, npm%, NPA%,
  7. Balance sheets quarter wise.
  8. DCF & Reverse DCF and a notebook kind of feature where user can add some notes for their analysis.
  9. dark mode & integration of scanx to dhan app or separate app.

List looks a bit huge. But this will be a leap for a improved scanx.

It would be very useful if you could add sectors and industries, and categorize each stock under its respective industry to help identify strong sectors and industries.

Also, consider adding the relative strength of industries, if possible.

Including a Relative Rotation Graph (RRG) could be beneficial — there’s a high chance it will become popular.

It would be helpful to have a search option in the bulk/block deals section to find institutions (clients) by name and view all their block and bulk trades for the day.

Adding FII portfolios, similar to mutual fund holdings, would also be useful.

A query-based screener would be a great addition as well.

  1. OI change % for F&O Stocks.

  2. Volume SMA setting customisation.

1 & 2 are High important

  1. EMA setting customisation

Add different ema period to use for diffrent combination

In pine script we can use with min val max val as threshhold userinput to select from min to max any value … in scanx it is restricted

Make it user frendly !

@RahulDeshpande&

ScanX is a good platform but I like to notify that VWAP should add on scanner…

We regularly post a lot of videos across our youtube channels on how to use ScanX and filters. Here are the playlists which you can refer, please do subscribe to our channels - we regularly post a lot of educational videos on how to create different screeners on scanx:

Adding your post in here - to keep a track of all the feedbacks on filters from community members.

"I need a SCANX scanner with the following features:

  1. Indicator Sync: The scanner should connect with a specific technical indicator and automatically detect when it generates buy or sell signals.

  2. Signal Detection: When the indicator triggers a buy or sell signal, the scanner should identify it in real-time and alert the user.

  3. Customizable Moving Averages: For moving average crossover strategies, users should be able to:

    • Select their own MA periods (e.g., 20/50, 50/200, or custom values like 09/13, 15/21 etc)

    • Choose MA types (Simple, Exponential, Weighted)

    • Set their preferred crossover parameters

  4. Real-time Scanning: The scanner should continuously monitor multiple assets and notify when conditions are met."

How to delete unwanted screeners, created by me, on ScanX?

Hello @PPLN,

Just replied you here : Scanx Unwanted Scrneers

ScanX is facing a critical bottleneck: the app still cannot filter results by custom watchlists. This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a fundamental limitation that undermines all the work invested so far. Developers need to feel the impact of this constraint, as it directly frustrates users and reduces the effectiveness of the app.

If compute costs are the concern, there are two clear solutions: either charge for custom-watchlist filtering on the server side, or implement client-side filtering on the results already generated in the table. Without one of these, the app will continue to fall short and fail to deliver meaningful value to users.

Hi @dazzler263, our team is working on providing such a feature for watchlist on scanX, and we appreciate your valuable suggestion.
