Order Entry Error - Please enable in trade control to proceed

I am trying to place an intraday order and am getting this error.

Order Entry Error - Please enable in trade control to proceed.

I tried activating Equity ( Cash Segment) but it always says that OTP is wrong.
I tried several times.
