Is it possible to have Bracket order with Stop Loss Limit (Buy or Sell) Order feature in Options ? This will help us quickly enter the areas of interest of breakout in the areas of resistance and support
Suppose If LTP of Nifty 1700 Call is 16. I want to enter Bracket order at 20, Target of 15 points, stop loss of 15 points. At present this is not possible. Can we have feature like that?
At this moment, you can place a bracket order with a market or limit order type as a first leg with TGT & SL. We have made a note of your feedback to add SL Limit in bracket and forwarded to our concern team. Thankyou.
Super Order lets you set Entry, Target, Stop-Loss & Trailing SL from one window—streamlining your trades. Unlike Bracket & Cover Orders (NSE-only), Super Orders work across NSE, BSE & MCX for all order types (Intraday, Delivery, Carry Forward) and assets (Stocks, F&O, Commodities).
Powered by DEXT, they run seamlessly across App, Web, Charts & API with built-in OCO (One Cancels Other) functionality. Plus, track your trades in real time with the dedicated Super Position & Order Book.
but still In super order i cant put Stop loss limit order right.
My intention is to put my SL-L order and my target and stoploss all at one time.
I guess dhan doesn’t provides this feature. Neither via Bracket order nor via Super Order.
In both the cases i need to go via market order or limit order , but cant use SL-L order .
Please correct me if iam wrong.
Becasue entering at market order causes us to miss some points when i am trying to catch a breakout or some high momentum moves.
You’re mostly right. At the moment, SL-L orders are not supported as the direct entry type in Super Orders. However, as a workaround, you can place an SL-L order first and then manually set your target and stop-loss by dragging them on the chart.
@Ritesh_Srivastava@sver18@ngbhat@Qaisar, if you haven’t tried it yet, you can use the Super Order feature this way: place an SL-L order first, then set your target and stop-loss by moving them on the chart.
