Add functionality to modifiy or add the custom values to the ScanX filters

Hi @Dhan

Kindly enable users to add or modify all the filters with Custom Values.

Ex: I was trying to change MACD Histogram values and also trying to pass numeric values in the parameter input box. But the values in the MACD Histogram are constant and can not pass values to the parameter input box.

This helps users to create user defined strategies with the manual / custom inputs
similar to Zerodha Streak.
