You can select Gift Nifty as a ticker, and you can also view global indices from Markets > Index > Global, where all major global indices are available. However, since most global indices are not live during Indian market hours, they may not be very useful for most users.
Regarding adding global indices to the Dhan TV watchlist, since we are not registered with global exchanges, it would be difficult to provide real-time or 1-minute chart data for these indices.
