Hi team,
There is an issue with Price Alerts functionality. I always add a note while putting a price alert using tv.dhan and I hope to see my note when the trigger happens. But in the price alert email my notes are missing. I thought I might be able to check my notes on dhan app but couldn’t because we can’t check expired alerts.
Kindly look into this issue because notes are important to remember/understand what the trigger was about.

Hello @jay , we have checked on our end that when a price alert is set along with a note, an email is sent once the alert is triggered, and the note is properly recorded.

Test notes were never broken in the first place. Has been working fine. @jay
Hard to believe because I was not getting notes in my email before this thread but they started coming fine today. I cannot prove that there was an issue because I can’t access my old notes. I took time to open this thread because there was an issue otherwise there was no point.
Well, I have notes enabled on a daily basis and I do receive emails about the triggered orders. Never saw the issue happening even before this thread.
Not discrediting your issue in anyway. Just posted my experience.
