Alerts feature requested

Hi,
it would be great if there is any price alert when the price touches variable lines such as moving average, VWAPs and AVWAPs, so that we don’t need to move the alert lines frequently as we move now.

Also it would be great if there is an alert system, where when price closes above a specific price or line for the respective timeframe. (upon closure of 3min candle or 5 min candle or 15 min candle).

These both could be a great feature for intraday traders to ease their eyes of the chart waiting for right opportunity.

Hi @Mohseen_Usmani, thank you for your reply. Great features I just checked it is available. If you can add the Anchored Vwap values into the technicals list would be of great value.

Also, I just noticed that we can only set if SMA or any other technicals given in your list crossing other technicals. However, is there any alert facility to noftify you when price crossing SMA or EMA or any other technicals?

Hi @Benedict_Danny_Anthi, I’ve noted your suggestion on anchored Vwap availability in the technical alert, and you can place indicator alerts with the script price.

Based on my understanding, the screen shot that you sent me tells, if the EMA becomes greater than or lesser than a certain price, the alert will activate. Correct?

However what I ask for is if the price comes below or above 20 EMA or 10 EMA of the respective timeframe it should alert me.

Do we have that kind of features.?

Hi @Benedict_Danny_Anthi, I believe it works similarly—you can set it the other way around as well, using EMA and price.

Hi @Mohseen_Usmani, I doubt it can be set the other way round, as EMA touch a price and the live price action touching the EMA are 2 very different things.
