API server IP getting "403 Request blocked" from CloudFront — anyone else? Support slow to respond

Hi all,
Since this morning (6 Nov, around 09:30), every request from my algo server to Dhan — the API host, the auth/token host, even the plain Dhan website with no login — returns 403 “Request blocked” with server header CloudFront. The IP is on my Static IP whitelist, the data plan is active, and the same access token works fine from my second whitelisted IP. The block did not clear even after an hour of sending nothing. So it looks like Dhan’s CloudFront / WAF layer has blocked the IP, not the API itself.

Two questions:

  1. Has anyone hit this before — a whitelisted static IP suddenly blocked at the CloudFront edge? How did it get resolved, and who at Dhan actually handles it?
  2. Is there a direct channel to the API / infra team? Support is advertised as 24x7, but I raised this on chat and email at market open and the only reply came after the whole trading day, saying “regenerate the token” — which isn’t the issue, since the token page itself is blocked from that IP.

Lost a full trading day over this and would like to avoid a repeat on Monday. Any pointers appreciated.
