Well my experience on dhan is very great and I am not a spammer or anything like that, I face in past and I also send a video as proof drawing is not getting save and because of it I has to do re analysis of whole chart and neither 5 MB limit was full nor I forgot to save it and this happen so many days then I send mail to customer care with proof and problem is solve by clear cache in browser and then so many weeks later I again face another new issue drawing aren’t save like similar happen in past drawing and another issue happen is automatic drawings deleted and this happen more than times and on currently I did yesterday mark drawing in another layout which has only 88 drawing with no indicator and anything and no alert also 5 MB limit and drawing and drawing save then later on next day drawing are deleted not yesterday drawing but those drawing make before yesterday and this is not happening on live this is why I couldn’t save this as proof and this same happen on 1 more layout also and I only have 4 layouts and not more than 10 or 20. I love you Dhan platform experience chart experience and I just want to don’t switch platform so only I am saying is solve this bug and currently I am only facing this problem I don’t know and it is better you to solve it before others customers also face it, I have no hate toward you Dhan I am just a trader want to trade without getting in trouble. Love you Dhan please solve it.
@Hemank This is a known issue and there is no fix till now.
How long this issue is?
Not sure, but for the longest time.
Then how do you do analysis like you are using another broker for chart analysis and using Dhan for only trade execution?
I use Dhan only but avoid opening TradingView charts on web.dhan.co because that will open the selected instrument’s chart on the first chart of the last layout (multi charts layout). On tv.dhan.co if the layout fails to load your last settings then press “.” (fullstop) and load the layout again, this 95% times bring back everything. For rest of the 5% times, I use copy-paste of indicators. Click on the indicator then CTRL + C and then click on your desired chart then CTRL + P (for multi-chart view). TradingView.com for formula based charts.
