So much for “Everything is done for the customer” eye wash ![]()
Why so negative, yaar? ![]()
You don’t even trade with Zerodha, then why waste energy?
Letting it go will give you peace of mind.
Markets are tough enough, no need to add extra stress.
I have nothing against Zerodha but I never felt the need to use them. I wonder why. I am not as experienced as you are but I am curious to know what did they say about MTF and how did it hurt you. Along with the story, it would be good to know how do you use MTF now as an addon knowledge as the icing on the cake ![]()
It’s funny to hear that 31 year old get hurt for MTF …
if you are that sensitive good luck with your trading.
Running brokerage business is a tough one - we may compete in the same domain, even then we have highest respect for some of our competitors.
It’s all about understanding market sentiment/need/trend and going with the flow. Or we can say - बहती गंगा में हाथ धोना।
We can go back and feel the heat for discount brokers. Then GTT, Chart Trading, MTF, pledging, so on and forth.
Any enterprise has only following options -
- Be regid and become a Blackberry story
- Be late and become a Nokia story
- Be adaptive and become a Samsung story
Every entity hunts for an opportunity to earn, grow revenue and be in profits.
Talking about MTF, it is certainly a risky game for the people like me who still lacks in money management game.
Wise people still say - don’t put money in the market by taking a loan.
I know, this is a generic statement. But MTF is no different than a loan.
If one is efficient and knowledgeable enough to manage the interest, it’s a boon!
Not sure about this case, honestly it is best for the trader to take responsibility and efficiently manage margin ![]()
