@RahulDeshpande chat bot is really good, one of the best chat bots i have ever used but dhan should work more on providing better experience when chatting with a dhan executive , it takes atleast 3-4 minutes to connect a dhan agent on chat, i know dhan is a young company so they cant hire thousands of customer care people to provide replies to customer in less than a minute like amazon did. But atleast dhan can provide a timer on chat page on dhan web that after this much time an agent will be available to chat with you, like 4 minutes later.
