Bought on Friday, Budget on Sunday… Are Friday-Bought Stocks Available for a Sunday Exit?

With Sunday being a special Budget Day trading session, I’m a bit unsure how settlement works here.

If stocks are bought on Friday, are they actually available to sell on Sunday, or does the T+1 cycle effectively start only on Monday?

I think I found the answer and it’s the same policy with all Stock Brokers.
