Lets say that Ive put a bracket order which has both target and Stop loss suppose the dhan server stops working for an hour and the price has reached either the Target or stop loss will it get executed?

The bracket and cover order are they sent to the exchange or it is within the brokers server??

Bracket and Cover Orders are divided into two legs - Primary Order and Stop Loss/Trigger Order.
The Primary Order is sent to exchange as soon as we receive the same. However, Stop Loss/Trigger leg is only sent to exchange once Primary order is executed and we receive the confirmation from the exchange.
