How can one company is responsible for all internet traffic mgt ?
Some one explain me what this company do in non IT term.
Why not any Indian company step in this place ?

Mainly because Dhan might not be using Cloudflare.
The issue was from cloudflare end.
But there is a catch. If the open order is above the freeze quantity, then the order exit via WhatsApp doesn’t work. The client will have to reach out to Zerodha and ask them to square off trades at their end.

Not me. I got this info from @VijayNair who is still using it.
They have brilliantly improved their mobile app. Just amazing performance in terms of charting, UI, ease of use etc.

In terms of mobile app, Zerodha has gone way far than competition. Their app has always been sleek, uncluttered and simple. And now with this, they have taken it to another level. I had wished (in my heart though) that some broker understand the pain in switching charts by moving away from chart screen all the time, then Fyers gave the search option on chart window but Zerodha took it to another level by integrating switching charts from WLs too. Completely next level!

Even if using Cloudflare, it was down only if certain feature of Cloudflare was used.
If not using that feature then Cloudflare was working fine. (See Cloudflare blog post for details).
