Unable to cancel my sensex order…margins so blocked. There was lot of harakiri that happened few moments ago. I will share the video shortly. But can you please cancel my sensex order.

Not able to exit orders in sensex suffered loss due to issue
Dhan should refund the loss suffered due to there issue.

This is occurring across all brokers and is related to the exchange side.
On BSE, few orders are getting rejected from the exchange. The issue is reported across multiple platforms, our teams are checking the same with exchange.
I used Finvasia and for them everything is working fine. So i don’t think its across all brokers
Seems surprisingly zerodha is fine. NO issues reported there. My friend does in both dhan amd zerodha. He confirmed

Orders are going through now.
Orders were being rejected by exchanges and this issue happened across all trading platforms.
This is now resolved by the Exchanges and we request you to try placing an order now.

i used finvasia one other guy confirms of zerodha working fine so, its not across all exchange. Because when Dhan was not working in same time i have on open position in finvasia and i was able to exit it.
seems like zerodha users are also facing issues…the problem may be at the exchange as communicated by @RahulDeshpande

Orders are in transit. Even i don’t know when this order is placed which is in transit

Just checked ,it looks there were some orders executed though i canceled
Went into more loss
Lot of mess is going on.
In my account @12:46:55 buy order of 80500CE got executed @279 whereas at that moment price was near 170-180. I have to cancel the order @ 12:47:46 and suffered a loss of 300*(279-171) ~approx 32,500 loss.
Dhan Pls suggest what to do it is related to my previous post where few order started showing in transit automatically without punching them. and later they got executed and we have to suffer loss.

My order was on NSE but it got cancelled then price dropped I could sell on higher price

Guys seem like a problem with the exchange. If you wan’t compensation please go through SEBI Grievance Redressal Mechanism and press on.

My margin available is now in heavy negative territory due to a pending sell order on transit.
@t7support Exactly the reason why I stopped trading in options from 2024. Wicks and freak trades define our markets now, on top of that regulatory uncertainty and poor tech.
Kam kamayenge lekin khush rahenge. 
Tech is prone to glitches. Have to live with it. I am in love with trading. I can’t leave my lover .
Now problem fixed. Exchange is back up again it seems.
