Go to option chain , try to sell any option
Got to normal , press backspace two times to remove the numbers after dot. The cursor comes to the front in the limit price input field
Note: this happens only in sell, buy is working fine

Thanks , for the update. I believe it a major usability issue since we are not into automation of trades yet and prefer manaul web.
Pls fix on priority
