Nice exchange been using for a while now.
But a issue cant transfer money with bank transfer method. Money gets debited then credited back to my account. UPI works.
Bank is verified in Account and can transfer bigger amount to other random people and beneficiary.
Tried with a different account of a friend same issue.

With smart transfer you can send upto 99.99 Lac rupees per transaction to your trading account on Dhan. Just ensure that you have activated your Virtual Account on Dhan and it is in active state. If you have not used same for more than 90 days, it will get deactivated and in that case the amount will be automatically sent back to original account. You can reactivate a new Virtual Account for smart transfer then.

Hi Pravin, many banks don’t support letters in account numbers to be added as a payee. So can Dhan provide the actual numeric value of the bank account number?
Hi @vishaln, Almost all banks support adding alphanumeric account numbers for fund transfers. However, if you’re facing difficulties, we recommend reaching out to help@dhan.co from your registered email ID for further assistance. Meanwhile, you can seamlessly add funds via UPI.
