Can't enable future and option segment

Can’t enable future and option segment in dhan mobile application. I entered otp after system say segment disabled

Good to see you back on the community after a while! We kindly request you to log out from all active sessions by following this path:

Dhan Home > Profile Picture > Settings > Active Sessions > Logout.
