cash collateral is as good as cash bro. so in terms of margin requirements for exchanges you have 50000 cash collateral + 10k cash so total 60k you have in cash and 40k in non-cash and total margin is 1lac. out of which you’ve used 40k only so no issues in current scenario as long as 50% or more is in cash or cash collateral.
short margin penalty will occur only when you utilize more than 50% without sufficient cash or cash collateral margin in account.
