I’ve 2 tabs open
- Dhan Chart
- Dhan Positions (web.dhan.co/index/positions)
I place an order from Positions tab and switch back to Dhan chart tab or any other tab for that matter, after a while (Dhan Positions tab has become inactive for some time now) I change my focus to Dhan Positions tab and the LTP/PNL data is where it was when I placed an order meaning the data hasn’t been updated even though the symbol price has updated. I have to refresh the tab or close and reopen the tab to check the latest data.
Same issue with vice versa.
If I stay active only on Dhan positions tab and switch to Dhan charts tab after a while (tab has become inactive as I’ve not switched to it) chart is stuck at bars/candles when it was last active and isn’t updated with latest bars/candles.
I had to kill the browser, re-open the tab to see live data.
Problem is I’ve to stay active all the time on your tabs to see live data and switching to any other tabs even for some time causes your application to freeze.
I can confirm this isn’t a network issue as I’ve tested this with multiple ISPs and not related to slow internet speed as well (I’m on 400 Mbps connection.)
I’ve searched the forum for this and I’ve found several other users facing the issue since 2022, yet the problem remains unresolved till date.
The problem seems to be acknowledged by your team member but there hasn’t been fix to it?
