In the mutual funds section, we don’t have any consolidated view to see the total funds in a single screen. The problem here is I have the investment in few funds invested externally initially and later through dhan. So, the same fund is displayed in both tabs separately.
Due to this, it is getting difficult to view the total investment in that particular fund.
If you can bring an ALL section wherein I can view total funds wise investment, it will be really helpful.
Or if there is any option to transfer the external MF investments to dhan, let me know please.
Investments made via Dhan and those tracked from other platforms are handled differently in the system. Holdings tracked externally are fetched as portfolio-level data, whereas investments done through Dhan are maintained with complete order and transaction records. Because of this structural difference, they are currently shown separately.
From a user perspective, we agree that seeing the combined investment in the same fund at one place would be much simpler, and improving this portfolio view is something we are evaluating.
