Hi Dhan Team,
I am facing persistent technical issues while using the Order Flow feature on the Dext T3 platform, which is severely impacting execution accuracy during live market hours:
Cumulative Delta Calculation Error: The cumulative delta values are showing incorrect or erratic data, failing to reflect true buying/selling pressure accurately in real-time.
POC Visualization Glitch: The Point of Control (POC) display has changed abruptly, showing solid black blocks/bars instead of clean lines, making volume node identification extremely difficult.
Data Latency / Delay: There is a noticeable 2-4 second delay in tick updates, which creates severe slippage during high-conviction order flow setups.
Order Flow trading relies entirely on micro-second precision and accurate delta data. Kindly look into these bugs and roll out a fix on an urgent

basis

Hey @Amitosh_Dutta ,
We tried reaching you, but it went answered. Do help us with more details on the data latency/delay so we can look into this.
Hi, I’m facing this exact problem since this morning after the update and addition of DEXT charts. The order flow has become extremely hard to read and decipher, and numbers not showing up until extremely zoomed in and not updating until candle close. While the ability to look at order flow outside of the previous, 1m,5m and 15m timeframe restrictions is appreciated, and the new features to add session POC and other details are great, the base order flow is unreadable. Since you released the original order flow update, I have built my trading system around it, and with the changes made today, it is leaving me unable to properly utilise it as before. Please either roll back the update, or allow users to pick which order flow display they would like to use. If you have any other solution, I am more than happy to provide feedback.
An update on this ASAP would be deeply appreciated, as my trading flow and strategy has been severly disrupted.
To elaborate on some issues created by this new order flow, the size of rows don’t scale up and down like they previously used to when changing chart size, order flow only updates at candle close. The numbers in each row do not become visible until extremely zoomed in. The color-coding of high volume, medium volume, low volume and POC is consufing and doesn’t appear well. Total buy and sell volume in a candle often overlaps the last row of volume in that candle. While indicators for Volume Delta and CD have been added, they are not as legible as previously. Total volume profile missing on the right (session volume profile indicator has been added, but low legibility). The list goes on.

Tick & Delta Update Lag: The internal candle bid/ask volume and cumulative delta numbers are taking an explicit 2-4 seconds to sync and update on the chart. In Order Flow trading, this delay causes severe slippage because entries and exits depend on real-time microsecond precision.
Candle-Close Restriction: The order flow data inside the candles appears frozen or non-fluid during active price movement, only properly populating or updating once the entire candle timeframe closes or when zooming in excessively.
POC & Layout Scaling: As highlighted by other traders as well, the POC visualization (showing up as solid blocks instead of clean lines) combined with this latency makes live trade execution extremely difficult on Dext T3.

Hey @Aadi_Jain and @Amitosh_Dutta ,
We are reviewing this.
I am writing to share my frustration regarding the recent Dext T3 Order Flow update. It has become extremely difficult to capture and execute trades properly with the current interface changes.
- Loss of Intuitive Flow: Previously, tracking metrics like Cumulative Delta was straightforward, but the recent layout and metric shifts have completely disrupted the workflow.
- Candle & Delta Misalignment: When trying to manually judge aggressive buying and selling pressure inside the candles during live market hours, the data often feels out of sync or unaligned with real-time price action.
- POC & VWAP Issues: Earlier, the Point of Control (POC) lines were distinct and easy to reference near the VWAP for crucial bounce zones. Now, they are either hard to read or fail to plot cleanly, making structural analysis nearly impossible during live sessions.
Hey @Amitosh_Dutta and @Aadi_Jain ,
Bid/Ask Volume & Delta are updating in real time now. The zoom-out visibility scenario and POC/VWAP lines will be updated in the upcoming build by tomorrow.
Hi @Mrunmayi_Vaity
While there are some improvements in the charts, various points and issues still remain which make this implementation difficult to use.
Firstly, to acknowledge improvements made
- Buy/Sell volume in a candle now updating live
- Color of rows + POC improved with better legibility and visibility
Moving onto problems which are still present
- Indicator settings panel cannot be hidden and obscures data as well as uses important screen real estate.
- Buy/Sell Volume Visibility when zoomed out is still problematic, though possibly marginally improved.
- No detailed candle settings such as removing body and retaining only border and wicks.
- No opacity option anywhere across the chart to decrease/increase opacity of indicators.
- Fixed bar sizes not changing as per scale of chart - this is problematic. The more zoomed in I am on a set of candles, the more rows it should show me.
- Scaling of Volume, Delta, CD markers displayed above each candle. Text does not scale with zoom and stays the same size, so when zoomed in, there is a big bag between the text on each consecutive candle, but when zoomed out, they become impossible to read due to overlap.
It will be impossible and impractical for me to list all UI/UX issues I am currently facing, as that is an endless and ever-evolving list
This is extremely disruptive to traders. If and when you are implementing new features, which the community is appreciative of, it should be done in a way as to not disrupt old features and systems already in use by traders. If a feature is not fully ready and polished, it should be rolled out while previous iterations are still accessible so that these type of issues can be worked out without causing damage to traders.
