Critical: Not receiving dividend

I took a look at this, but the first characters for the parameters like PAN Number, Telephone Number, Bank Code (MICR), and IFS Code are displayed as **** to protect privacy. This means that if there’s a mistake in the first characters, the demat holder won’t be able to verify it on the CDSL portal. If there in another way to verify these details directly on the CDSL portal someone please enlighten us. Thanks

I found issue. I don’t understand where dhan get MICR code. It is wrong in cmr document but in my passbook that is 3 year old have different MICR code. How it is wrong.

Wonder if there has been some form of a clerical error from Dhan. If so, your earnest assistance is required to make this good.

How did you discover that your MICR code was wrong?

Where can someone check to confirm the MICR code is correctly entered in their Demat account?

In cmr document I downloaded from dhan has MICR is different from bank passbook.how to correct it in dhan or cdsl. How to update cmr in dhan

Lic rta asking me to update bank details with depository participant. How???

Here, click on this We would Love to Answer All your Questions | Dhan and ask them to update your bank details. If you only have one bank account, they will ask you for a filled form and send it to their address (https://dhan.co/download-centre-pdf/account-modification-form.pdf) along with a cancelled cheque. If you have two bank accounts, then open dhan go to money>manage bank>add another bank account. then make it your primary bank. (This time, add the bank details manually)

As discussed on call, your dividend isn’t getting credited because the MICR code in your bank is different or updated. We’ve sent you a modification form on your registered email ID, fill it out and send it back, we will check and assist you further.

I have sent you documents on 23 april and you recieved on 26 April and acknowledged. You have asked me to wait for 5-7 working days. It is more than 7 days so when MICR code will update. See attached screenshot of mail. This quarter and last quarter dividend are pending. It is difficult for me to play email email with share ’ s companies and ask for dividend. This is very pathetic. Atleast give me update on email. I have to call for your mistakes.
