Kindly add custom notification sound for dhan app where we can set our own notification sounds to differentiate from regular notifications.
This will be very helpful in trading hours.
Please consider this as high priority as we are missing few alerts or notifications for trades and confused with the default notification sounds.

Hi @LokeshK Will have to check on this, is there any app that permits this.
As far as I know, it is a device / OS configuration and not an app specific one. I can double-check this, however do let me know if any app has this.

You can consider Whatsapp as an example.
where we can set different nofifications for different message types(Group,Individual, etc.,).
Similary, You can add 3 categories of notifications
Alert (All alerts related notifications)
Tone 1
Trade (Buy / Sell i.e Executed, Cancel, Rejected… order placement notifications)
Tone 2
Dhan Default (App / general notifications like News Updates, Market volatility, Market Open / Close, Indices / Stock performance etc…, )
Tone 3

This does not work with all the OS versions. This is only limited to OneUI.
Irrespective of OS, “Whatsapp” is having in-app notification’s option to set custom notification sounds for different categories (Message Notifications, Group Notifications, Calls, etc…,)
Here nothing to do with OS, Similar to Whatsapp It would be better if we can have in-app notifications option in the Menu list / Settings.
@Dhan @PravinJ Kindly look into this and do the needful.
