Given that the user is an individual here, we do not feel the need of sharing personal details of any user via APIs. Can you explain the use case here for you?
No. It is to validate the token and confirm the user, as your client_id does not contain any name.
Also it is a standard practice in most of the trading api’s to provide customer profile to know which segments are active, etc.

Noted. The reason for not providing personal details on API is simply to avoid any possible breach of privacy wherein if a user uses this access token on some unregistered platform, then their personal information is not passed.
Showing segments is doable, will look into this on possible use cases.
