Delay in order execution

HI TEAM,
I have been observing 3 to 4 seconds delay in order execuction on my desktop or the website of dhan, is that also been experienced by my fellow traders.

Yes order execution is slow today…noted this on FinNifty contracts via web @PravinJ @Hardik

Hi @t7support @mkazhar We see no change at our end, will still review and check if there are specific orders types you would want us look at.

Despite the volatility y’day contracts traded on NSE were 465Mn, I’m guessing this should be the same today or even lesser with respect to trading volumes.

Our systems publish trade times for the full day after post market hours, by 4:30 to 5 pm. Will check.

I placed many orders today and got executed in less than a blink. Rest team can check at backend.

I was trying to close open positions on FinNifty (normal order). Saw a near 4 sec lag multiple times each time I tried to exit a contract.

Thanks Naman…As discussed delay was noticed between 12 PM & 2.30 PM on FinNifty contracts from web. Now on a trial order, it went fast and fine.

API orders, TV webhook orders all were firing alright all day.

Hi @mkazhar

We checked your order logs. You placed two orders before 1:13 PM (the time you reported the issue). Both the orders were executed in less than 40ms.

You had intraday open positions. Intraday positions get auto-squareoff after 3.20PM. That is the standard policy across the industry. Hope this clarifies.

Hi Mr.Naman,
I am talking about the trade that I took by the end of the day, the market was to close and I wanted to exit the trades but neither could I do so from the chart nor was it happening from the website in positions, the next thing you will post is share the screen recoding but please think is it possible also!

This is my second attempt to be on this platform, previously I had issue with lagging chart but no one addressed me with a satisfactory reply.
