When will DHAN allow deletion of bank account & and change of IFSC code in bank account ?
I have a bank account added in my dhan account which i have closed, i wanted to remove it but DHAN don’t have bank account deletion feature currently and even not allow to modify IFSC code.
Does above mentioned feature is coming or in future pipeline or not?

We understand that this has been delayed and we deeply understand the need for this feature. I want to assure you that it is at its final development stage and should be released in our upcoming release.
When we launched Mutual Funds, we had to account for the banks linked to your Mutual Fund as well and hence had to go back to the drawing board, hence the delay.
We thank you for your patience. Meanwhile, we would still be able to accomodate this as an offline process if you urgently require the same.
Can you please tell me the offline procedure of bank account deletion?
simply email on help@dhan.co with details, they entertain the request offline.
Is that possible offline for removal of bank account.

I think next August will also short period for this huge features they need to much technology from NASA to integrate this feature to delink bank account @PravinJ @RahulDeshpande @Champion_Trader
@BIR They are moving all analytics, reporting, KYC, service requests to a new backoffice called The Journal.
It will be a comprehensive portal. They said they are going to launch that in 2024 alongwith Mutual Fund pledge and some other features.
Something like zerodha console? @thisisbanerjee
@BIR If Dhan does it, I am sure it would be 10x better than any consoles.

This is in the final stage of internal testing as we speak. If it passes all our internal checks, we should be able to release this in early September.
In early September you give option of delink of bank account our the journal feature? @Anirudha
