How can I exit position or set forever order for selling if it is not showing as an holding in my account?

Delivery stocks, will reflect on T+1 post settlement. They will be in your portfolio on the next day.

I recently migrated from Zerodha to Dhan and have a query regarding placing forever (GTT) orders. In Zerodha, as soon as I bought shares (even with the T+0/T+1 settlement), they appeared in my portfolio, allowing me to set a GTT (forever order) to sell if the price reached a certain level, even within a day.
In Dhan, however, I noticed that after buying shares on delivery, they do not appear immediately in the portfolio. Is there a way to place a forever order (GTT) the moment I purchase shares in Dhan, similar to how I could in Zerodha?
Additionally, how can I execute a BTST (Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow) in Dhan? I would appreciate your guidance on this.

At this moment you can place Forever Orders post delivery of same to your demat account. That said, something interesting is in works that should solve what you are looking for. We hope to ship this in coming days.
So when can I sell these stocks?
Will it be possible to share these stocks on T + 0 days?

As a trader focused on swing trading and BTST strategies, I rely heavily on pure delivery trades. Having the ability to place Forever Orders immediately after purchase would be incredibly helpful.

I’d like to know when I’ll be able to sell the stocks I’ve purchased. Will they be available for sale tomorrow? Additionally, can I sell them on the same day I purchase them in a delivery trade, or do I need to wait until the shares are delivered to my account?
I also haven’t received any emails from CDSL or Dhan regarding funds, trade confirmations, or end-of-day reports. On Zerodha, I typically receive these emails when I make a delivery trade. Could you please assist me with this?
